Why does Bill O'reilly jump on NBC and ABC for giving him slack but he did not talk a lot about Arnold S?

O'Reilly talked quite a bit about Arnold on his own show. Vitter was given a pass because by the time his fling with prostitutes was revealed, 7 years had already passed and he and his wife had already dealt with it. Even the Democrats want Weiner to resign. Arnold was the governor of CA and only affected the Californians, not the entire nation. Weiner used to appear on FOX frequently. The reason the Weiner stays in the news is because he lied for a week before he admitted his problem. A lot of people don't believe he can be trusted any more.
