Please Help!! Worried how to ask for raise working with workaholic uncle after 3 years.?

Your uncle should have been giving you raises throughout these last 3 years. It's time for you to find another job. One time my boss started to go off about something. I told her, "I am not your B--tch!! You best talk to me with respect or I'll get on the PA system, cuss you out, and everyone will hear it!" From that day on, she acted like she was my best friend. And when it came time for a raise, I did not hesitate to speak up about it. I was never denied a raise. Just because I work for someone does not mean I take s.h.i.t. off of them. I don't believe in turning a deaf ear. I have no problem speaking my mind and standing up for myself!
