Please Help!! Worried how to ask for raise working with workaholic, micromanaging uncle after 3 years.?

Leopards don't change their spots. You ask for a raise, he will just up the anty on what he expects or will tell you that you don't deserve it. Get your resume in order, and high tail it out of there. Be willing to lose a relationship with him for a while. Your marriage will depend on this. If you plan on having children, think what this work life style will mean to them. Quite frankly a car and benefits is not worth this stress. 3 days off a year and being berated for that is ridiculous.
