Was it right for Bil O'reilly and his guest to make fun of Speaker Bohner crying?

That lady and the guy that is on the morning show and do the quiz show were faking crying and faking wiping their eyes. Now is that nice to make fun of someone. Granted I wonder why he is crying all the time and have no idea why. Oh well.
