What is the relation between O'reilly and Hannity?

Goldberg in his interview with O today throw a cheap shot at Hannity and O'reilly was quick to change the subject. Oreilly knows Hannity is way over the limit so I wonder if anyone knows anythin about the relation between them since they don't talk about each other EVER in a good or bad way.
