Why is it so easy to destroy conservatives in a debate? Like the way I did against Bill O'Reilly?

I enjoy Stewart not so much because he destroys conservative arguments, but because he can do it while remaining civil and polite. I think his interviews with O'Reilly have been great and you can tell that they both respect each other on some level. I think one of his best recent interviews was with Bill Moyers last week. They had a great discussion about the nature of debate and conversation in the media that shouldn't be missed by any fan of the daily show.
