How do you feel about Anti-American books being taught in Tuscon?

Most developed countries allow and accept a balanced view. Only in the US does it always lean in one direction. That direction being the US is perfect, the greatest country in the world, the American way is the best way, America never does any wrong etc etc. What is wrong with teaching kids there is more than one opinion in this world? Not everyone, including Americans, believe all the lies they have been fed their whole lives about the US. Maybe if more people knew the truth, then they would wake up and demand change. The right kind of change. Not this one sided smug and ignorant of the way the rest of the world is. American arrogance is an illness that needs to be shaken off.
