Why Do Fox News Personalities act like Cheesy Actors in a C- Movie? Why do they seem so fake?

The Only Person who doesn't seem Fake is Bill O'Reilly. Who is Generally wrong about his stuff but he comes across as natural. The Rest of their staff, just seems so fake . Like Steve Doocy and the morning show, they have all these weird sound effects going on, and this faces. It's like I'm watching some 3rd graders talk. They have these fake smiles on their faces and throw all these cheap shots at democrats. I Don't even believe they believe half the things that are coming out of their mouth. Everything seems so scripted. Am I the only person who notices this?
