Which has a better probability of being correct?

The usual cosmological arrangement with about 5 percent atoms 23 percent dark matter and about 72 percent dark energy? Or something I recently discovered called the modified Newtonian theory where there is no dark matter involved. I know that the modified Newtonian theory has recently had a lot of research supporting it but I have always been told the whole dark matter and dark energy explanation.
