Give the mass number of an atom that has 10 protons, 10 electrons and 11 neutrons?

10(p) + 11(n) = 21. The mass of a proton or neutron are both equal to 1, while an electron is far less. Compared to the mass of a proton or a neutron, the mass of an electron is 1/1800, which is insignificant.
