Bill O'reilly TOLD GMA " Palin needs to go back to college" Why then does he think she can be Prez?

That's a serious question. Bill O'reilly has been hitting the teachers unions pretty hard, I figure most of his advice is probably true being he was a former teacher, when he's attacking the union's and Teachers benefits. Yet, one thing that i have always wondered about over the years, Is he seems to be a supporter of Sarah Palin for President. He has argued in her defense saying " The woman is a smart woman who could run the country". But on Good morning America, he said " She needs to go back to college". So does Bill O"reilly believe then, that the country can be run sufficiently by a citizen who needs to return to college?
